We understand that some of these organisations may have faced challenges staying compliant with their NHT payments. That's why we've introduced the Employers Amnesty Programme.
Who qualifies for the Amnesty Programme?
This programme is designed to assist MSMEs and charities with 50 or fewer employees and annual revenue of less than $425 million.

The Amnesty Programme offers significant benefits to help you get back on track with your NHT contributions.
Reduced Penalties and Interest: Depending on when you settle your outstanding contributions, you can benefit from a waiver of penalty interest on both employer and employee contributions, or even a 20% discount on outstanding employer contributions.
