The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites contractors registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to undertake civil infrastructure works to complete 118 serviced lots with the associated amenities on land located at the Windsor Housing Development in Trelawny.
LOCATION
The project site is located on land at Vale Royal, which is approximately 1 km south of Duncans town centre in Trelawny.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The successful contractor will be required to undertake civil infrastructure works, which includes
- Construction of roadways (excavation, base works and surfacing);
- Rehabilitation of existing storm water drainage;
- Construction of new storm water drainage; and
- Installation of water distribution system.
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Civil Engineering Works OR General Road Works with a Grade 1 rating
N.B: A tender security in the form of a Bond or Bank Guarantee in the amount of J$3,000,000.00 is required.

Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ’s e-procurement website at e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Tuesday, December 17, 2024.
RETURN OF TENDERS
Bids must be submitted online on or before Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
N.B.: “The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.”
