The National Housing Trust (NHT) is seeking to enter into a two-year framework agreement with Grades 3 and 4 building contractors registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to construct studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units on serviced lots located in NHT’s developments island-wide.
ELIGIBILITY
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid PPC certificate evidencing registration in the category of Building Construction with either a Grade 3 OR Grade 4 rating

The Terms of Reference and Application Form are available for download from the GOJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Tuesday, August 27, 2024.
RETURN OF DOCUMENTS
Application forms and other relevant documents must be submitted online on or before 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. These documents will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, immediately following the application submission deadline.
Late Applications will not be accepted.
Note: The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.
