Benefits
There are several benefits that Employees can reap by contributing to the NHT. The main benefit is loans to assist in building, buying or improving homes.
In addition to housing benefits, Employees are entitled to access a refund (with interest) on payments made to the Trust. More information on this benefit is available in our contributions refunds section.
Penalties
Failure to make contributions will make persons ineligible to apply for either housing benefit or contributions refunds.
