Since 1976 we have been working to deliver housing solutions to our Contributors. In addition to providing loans for purchasing houses and lots on the Open Market we also develop (or partner with other entities to develop) our own Housing Schemes.
There have been a number of past housing schemes that we developed and continue to support through our Social Development initiatives such as our Best Schemes Competitions.
We have quite a number of upcoming schemes (also called Projects) currently under construction, which once completed, are then offered to the public for sale through an application process (also referred to as a Scheme Intake Process).
