Mortgage Statements by E-mail and More

In order to benefit from our new facility to send loan statements directly to your e-mail inbox, please complete, sign and submit the attached Indemnity form or register for NHT Online.

In addition to receiving your annual loan statements, you will be able to receive other important information from the Trust via e-mail (account status, information about new products & services and public service announcements). Also, you will be able to make requests and provide instructions to the NHT regarding your loan account via e-mail.

Instructions:

  1. Download and complete the indemnity form (Fillable Version | Print Version)
  2. Have your signature witnessed by a JP, Notary Public or authorized NHT officer;
  3. Make a copy of a valid picture ID (passport, Drivers’ License, Voters’ ID) and have it witnessed by the said JP, Notary Public or authorized NHT officer;
  4. Drop off the form along with a copy of the ID to the Customer Service Department in any NHT Branch Office or, via the postal service to:

To request a statement:
Once the Indemnity form has been received, you will be sent an acknowledgement e-mail from the NHT. Thereafter, you will be able to make your request via wecare@nht.gov.jm.
