At various times, we sell lots of land with basic infrastructure such as paved roads, water supply and electricity. If you are eligible, you may apply for one of these lots.
The NHT Serviced Lot is a Non-Homeowners’ Loan. If you are a successful applicant for an NHT Serviced Lot then you can borrow as a single applicant or you may co-apply with 1 other qualified NHT contributor to access a higher loan limit to purchase the lot.
You may be eligible to access funds to build on the lot through our Construction Funds Loan product. If you need (and can afford) to borrow more money you may seek additional funds from another lending institution under our External Financing Mortgage Programme (EFMP).
