We welcome applications from Public and Private sector real estate Developers for construction financing to facilitate the development of affordable housing solutions for its contributors in all income groups. To be eligible for consideration, Developers must be a registered entity under the laws of Jamaica with a positive and acceptable net worth and a good track record in housing development and have the ability to fund at least 25% of the total development costs.
