In preparation for the impending hurricane, the National Housing Trust (NHT) advises that it will close all locations, including branch offices, service centers, and the corporate office, to the public at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. This closure is to facilitate members of staff to complete personal preparations and to effect business shutdown protocols.
Our offices will remain closed on Wednesday July 3, 2024.
We intend to reopen to the public on Thursday, July 4, 2024.
While the physical locations will be closed, some online services may still be available. NHT contributors and mortgagors are being reminded that through the NHT Online portal, customers may make mortgage and some contribution payments, submit refund applications and generate eligibility letters.
Customers may register or access their accounts at online.nht.gov.jm or via the NHT’s website at www.nht.gov.jm.
