Neil Miller has served the NHT since 1995 in various capacities including those of Manager, Planning and Research; Assistant General Manager, Corporate and Business Strategy and Acting Senior General Manager, Corporate Services.

In his now confirmed position as Senior General Manager, he coordinates the organization’s thrust towards improved housing access, financial performance, efficiency and performance management. Towards those objectives he has oversight of seven mission critical support departments, namely Corporate and Business Strategy, Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications, Project Management, Marketing & Sales and Customer Care.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and a Masters of Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
