The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registered service providers to submit bids for the provision of digital marketing services, for the NHT, for a period of one (1) year, commencing on May 1, 2024.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The scope of services includes:
- Developing digital content, to include videos, carousels, and static graphics/images;
- Developing a digital media plan;
- Developing paid digital marketing campaigns;
- Utilising influencer marketing based on the needs of the campaign;
- Monitoring campaign performance and provide digital media analytics;
- Designing branded templates;
- Creating monthly content, to include (but is not limited to):
- Eight (8) basic animations/motion graphics (1920×1080)
- Six (6) static graphics (1350×1080)
- Four (4) carousels (1080×1080)
- Two (2) basic edited videos (basic animations/transitions/music - 1920×1080)
LOCATION
The property is located at 4 Park Boulevard, Kingston 5, St. Andrew.
ELIGIBILITY TO TENDER
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid PPC registration certificate in the category of Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Services OR Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Services Graphic Design

RETURN OF TENDERS
Bids must be submitted online on or before Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.; opening of bids will be done online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following bid submission deadline.
“The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.”
