The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites contractors registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to undertake asphalt paving works comprising site clearance, paving of the parking area and construction of retaining walls and drainage system, as per Bills of Quantities for the Frome Police Station, Westmoreland.
LOCATION
The Frome Police Station is located in Frome, Westmoreland.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid PPC registration certificate in the category of Asphaltic Concrete Works with a minimum Grade 3 rating AND any of the following:
- Civil Engineering Works with a minimum Grade 3 rating; OR
- General Road Works with a minimum Grade 3

RETURN OF TENDERS
Bids must be submitted online on or before Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
