The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites contractors registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to undertake works for the renovation of space to accommodate a gym with showers and lockers, and an aftercare facility at its St. James Branch Office.
LOCATION
The NHT’s St. James Branch Office is located at 42b & c Union Street, Montego Bay, St. James.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The successful contractor will be required to undertake renovation works, which includes:
- Drywall and glazing works
- Electrical and Plumbing works
- Walling and Masonry works
- Demolition works and site clearance
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Interior Construction minimum Grade 2 rating OR Building Construction minimum Grade 3 rating

RETURN OF TENDERS
Bids must be submitted online on or before 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
