The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites contractors registered with Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders for the supply, fabrication, and installation of a Stairwell Pressurization System at the Ruthven Towers Housing Development, Phase 1, St. Andrew.

SCOPE OF WORKS
The successful contractor will be required to undertake the supply, fabrication and installation of a Stairwell Pressurization System at the Ruthven Towers Housing Development, Phase 1, St. Andrew. The scope of works includes the:
The scope of works includes the:
- Supply, fabrication and installation of ducting between the eighth and ground floors of the stairwell.
- Supply and installation of a centrifugal fan system and power supply (supported by a generator) with the supporting appurtenances.
- Supply and installation of infrastructure (boxes, conduits, ducting, accessories), wires and cables, etc. for the fire alarm system.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- Copy of a valid PPC registration certificate in the category of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration with a Grade 1 rating OR Mechanical Works AND Electrical Works, minimum Grade 2 ratings.
N.B: A tender security in the form of a Tender Bond, OR Manager’s Cheque OR Bank Guarantee in the amount of J$500,000.00 is required.

RETURN OF TENDERS
Bids must be submitted online on or before 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
N.B. The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.
